After 30 years of teaching and learning, Brian Cyr offers the highest quality of coaching, tailoring the individual/teams needs to accomplish their personal and professional goals. 

Building Capacity is about positive change, both external and internal. Clients and teams learn focus, managing and accomplishing goals, understanding personal strengths and weaknesses, and how to create accountability to go from where they are to where they can be.
